"longDescription" : "Power Enterprise Pools 2.0 with Shared Utility Capacity delivers enhanced multi-system resource sharing and by-the-minute consumption of on-premises compute resources across a collection of Power systems in an enterprise, for clients deploying and managing a private cloud infrastructure.\n\nWith Shared Utility Capacity, IT teams no longer need to worry about over-provisioning capacity to support growth. Purchased Base Processor and Memory Activations and operating system license entitlements are seamlessly shared between systems in a pool, and reserve capacity, normally inactive, is made available and may be consumed seamlessly on a pay-per-use basis. Resources are\n\neasily monitored by the IBM Cloud® Management Console’s Enterprise Pools application, which automatically tracks usage by the minute and provides a rich graphical summary\n\nand sophisticated drill-down views of real-time and historical resource consumption within a pool—by system, resource and by virtual machine (VM).\n\nIntegration with IBM Cloud ESP:\n\nThis offering provides an option for clients to include Metered Capacity consumption from Power Enterprise Pools 2.0 as an element of the IBM Cloud Enterprise Savings Plan. Hours of Metered Capacity consumed will be charged alongside Power Virtual Server and other IBM Cloud consumption in a single, consolidated monthly invoice and credited toward a client’s committed spend.\n\nThis enhancement is designed to assist IT teams to more affordably and flexibly deploy AIX, IBM i and Linux applications in a hybrid Power infrastructure utilizing pay-per-use compute resources on systems both on-premises and in the public cloud.",
